Overview
The Search page helps you find files and folders across connected Microsoft 365 storage locations.
Search bar
Type a file or folder name into Search files and folders. Use the filter button to show or hide refiners.
Refiners
- Storage - search All, OneDrive, SharePoint, or Teams.
- File types - filter by All, PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Email.
- Search in - search All items, Files only, or Folders only.
Click Search to run the query. Click Reset to clear filters and start again.
